“When Bob and John Dyas say they are hands-on, they aren’t kidding. You don’t deal with a foreman or supervisor, you deal directly with them. Bob walked us through the entire process. He was at each meeting with our architect offering his input, met us on-site to meet each of the sub-contractors and even went to a few of the meetings with our designer to see our paint, tile and carpet selections. He made sure we always knew where we stood on our budget and never charged us a “change fee” for changing our minds on materials, as we often did. John unlocked our house each morning, checked in on the subcontractors and cleaned up and locked the house each night. He would then email us photos, a list of things accomplished that day and a list of things scheduled for the rest of the week. We received so much personal attention from Bob and John that it was easy to forget they were building other homes. We are thrilled with our new house and would recommend them to anyone.”

The Dyas' are in continuous communication with the homeowner from ground break all the way to closing. There is never a moment that you do not know the status of your home and the targeted complete date. Bob and John use highly skilled contractors that do beautiful work all the way from the brick layers, to the electrician , to the stucco layers.
