Dyas Homes is a design/build custom home builder established by Bob and John Dyas. By calling, emailing or meeting their customers daily – often two or three times a day – Bob and John insure that the new build process will be a pleasant experience for everyone!

Bob and John have developed a trade base of equally caring professionals, highly skilled in their trade, with whom they work side by side. They feel their communication with the trade base is as critical as that with their customer, thus allowing for expedited delivery of true, quality homes.

Limiting the number of homes they build each year allows Bob and John to “inspect what they expect,” from footers to finishes. Homeowners can look forward to receiving detailed weekly progress reports, with the current move-in date, in addition to their daily communications.

Bob and John are from a large family in the Columbus area, and work together in thier family construction business, originally started by their grandfather. Both have worked in many phases of the construction industry, including industrial, commercial, residential and institutional. Bob, also a CPA with an extensive construction financing and accounting background, has built over 150 custom homes in Central Ohio with his brother John.

Their combined 50 years of construction experience, coupled with integrity, hands-on involvement and attention to detail, make for a supreme building experience and a long-lasting relationship.
